Jennifer Joyce Reddaway earned her bachelor's degree in 1994 from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and her Master's degree in Audiology in 1997 from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana.

Jennifer's work experience includes completing her Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) at the Center for Audiology, a private practice audiology clinic in Alexandria, Louisiana. She has also worked as a certified audiologist for the University of Florida's Early Intervention Program in Jacksonville, Florida where she performed tests for children of all ages. Her work has included newborn hearing screenings as well as diagnostic testing for infants and children.

Prior to joining Atlanta Kids ENT, PC in February 2002, Jennifer worked for over 2 years in a private practice Otolaryngology office in the Atlanta area. She has extensive experience with the hearing healthcare management of children, which includes the fitting of hearing aids.

Jennifer is a fellow member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, as well as a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the Georgia Academy of Audiology. She is a cerified audiologist with a license to practice in the state of Georgia.
